"Soulfly VII" is a song recorded by Soulfly. It is played as the eleventh and final standard track of the 2010 album Omen. This eponymously-titled instrumental edition is somewhat reminiscent of the first two Soulfly instrumentals. This song is filled with twin-guitar melodicism sounding like the fusion of The Police and U2, percussion producing tropical music rhythm, and acoustic, ballad-like interludes. The making of this song was influenced by Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and few other instrumentalists and the guitar playing was inspired by Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) and The Edge (U2).
